What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and Exchanges can be made within 20 business days. Products must be unused and shipped back in original packaging. You will receive your refund minus shipping upon receipt of products at https://wellngudfarrier.com Please notify us of return or exchange.
Exchanges will ship out upon receipt of exchanged product, difference in cost will be credited or deducted at time of exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Please return your items in the same packaging that they arrived in because they were designed to protect the items during shipping. We encourage you to insure and trace your package when shipping in case the carrier loses your return.
We will refund your credit card within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items.
If the items have been damaged due to abuse or neglect we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer’s defect, please email us your original receipt and we will replace or repair that item as soon as possible upon return of the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
