Back orders:
If goods are not in stock you will be contacted and offered the closest alternative, if you are happy to wait for the item to arrive back into stock. We will contact you prior to its dispatch.
Payment:
All goods remain the property of WellNGud Farrier until paid for in full, Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company, the Customer will pay strictly within 7 days of the invoice date submitted by the Company We offer a prompt payment scheme where you will receive a 5% discount on all orders that are paid for in full.
We have the right to add additional charges to your account where payment is not received, such as solicitors’ fees and court letters. We accept payment by PayPal , bank transfer and all debit/credit cards. All prices are subject to change without notice. We will always try to inform you of any such changes.
Return:
If the items supplied are faulty, we reserve the right in sole judgement to replace or refund the value of the items. We will always try to be fair and helpful in any such situation, however, the items must be returned to us before any decision can be made. WellNGud Farrier reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether any goods are defective.
All items returned must be in the same condition that you received them, we reserve the right to apply a 10% handling charge if goods are returned older than 30 days and if the packaging is not in a resalable condition.

Deliveries:
We use the best carriers how will endeavour to deliver your goods in a timely manner. However, from time to time some error’s with said deliveries can occur. We therefore ask that all anomalies such as errors, omissions, short delivery must be notified to us either via telephone or e-mail within three days of receiving your order. This then allows us the necessary time to make a full investigation with the carrier.
Customs Information:
When ordering products from WellNGud Farrier for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from WellNGud Farrier, you are considered the ‘Importer of Record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.
